Thank you for your interest in hosting your event at Bethany Church!

In order for us to serve you in the best way possible, please fill out this form with as much information as you can.

Requests for all events must be received at least one month in advance. Details for your event must be finalized at least two weeks in advance.

Once your request has been submitted and we have received it, you will receive a confirmation email. Our events team will get in touch with you as soon as possible. However, due to the amount of requests that we receive, please allow at least 3 to 5 business days for processing.

For information on our venues, availability viewing, and the rates pertaining to your event, please contact our admin team at 020 8571 2156.
